Khalil – Firearms & Tactical Training Instructor

Khalil is a seasoned law enforcement professional and firearms instructor with extensive experience in tactical training and officer development. Since beginning his law enforcement career in January 2018, Khalil has served as a lead firearms instructor at a prestigious regional law enforcement training academy.

Over the years, he has trained individuals across all experience levels—from first-time shooters to veteran officers—helping them build confidence, skill, and tactical readiness.

Khalil holds multiple advanced certifications in the tactical and instructional fields, including:

• General Firearms Instructor (Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun)
• General Departmental Instructor – Blount County Sheriff’s Office
• Defensive Tactics Instructor
• Emergency Vehicle Operations Instructor
• Night Fighter Instructor
• Certified Glock and AR-15 Armorer

In addition to his instructional roles, Khalil has served as a Field Training Officer for the Blount County Sheriff’s Office since 2020, where he continues to mentor and guide new deputies through hands-on, real-world training. With a commitment to safety, precision, and tactical excellence, Khalil brings a deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of firearms instruction to every training environment.
