A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Seth served as an 0352 Infantry Anti-Tank Missileman and 0933 Combat Marksmanship Instructor. He later joined Blount Memorial Hospital Security, where he became a Lieutenant and the department’s firearms instructor before attending the Blount County Regional Law-Enforcement Training Academy. After graduating, Seth joined the Blount County Sheriff’s Office, where he now serves as a Field Training Officer (FTO) and firearms instructor, working directly with officers and academy recruits to ensure they’re prepared for real-world threats and high-pressure environments.
